When you cut my Vein

yep...the Meister is a true blueblood, i.e. a Chelsea fan. He has been ever since the 97-98 season when he saw them lifting the Cup Winners Cup.  The Meister had no idea about the club's history, its lack of success or any other fact...he just lacked t heir playing style andt hesense offun and camaderie which was apparent from the players' faces. The Meister dcided to support them simply because of that despite the presence of the heavywights like Manure, Arse Gooners and the Liverpoodles. 

That was the team of Zola, Wise, Poyet, Le Saux, Gulit, Di Matteo etc

Roman and his billions came much later, which brought all them gloryhunting fans as well. 

Vialli was the manager then, followed by the Tinkerman. One of the indelible memories the Meister has of the Tinkerman was the way he cried (with joy) literally like a baby when Chelsea defeated Arsenal in the Champoins League quarter final.......then he undid all the good work by making stupid substituions in the semi final against Monaco which cost us the match. The Tinkerman brought in such players like Desailliy, Cudicini, Gudjohnsen, Joe Cole, Makelele, not to mention Frank Lampard. 

Then came Roman, he promptly fired the Tinkerman and brought in the one and only Jose Mourinho. He brought Carvalho, Drogba, Essien, Cech, Robben, and more importantly brought us a whole host of trophies.  

But he was fired and on came Avram, we finished runners up in 3 championships that season. Then he was fired and on came Big Phil. Now he has been fired. 

Its true that there were umpteen reasons to fire Phil. Under him Chelsea lost the fortress. We changed from the best defence in the league to a joke. He brought Deco, Bosingwa and Queresema. Bosingwa is okay but one dimensional, Deco is a has been while Queresema looks like a never will. Our attack became toothless. 

The season is doomed and ironically it looks like we are going to be kicked out of the Champions League by Tinkerman's Juventus. 

Now there are some measures which need to be taken now if we want to win something next year.

1. Bring back Steve Clarke

2. Sell the deadwood - Drogba, Ballack, Malouda, Ashley Cole, Deco, Ivanovic, Kalou.

3. Buy a genuine defensive midfielder like Marcos Sena or Gareth Barry or Xavi Alonso

4. Buy a good left back - Philip Lahm comes to mind

5. Buy young hungry attacking midfielders or strikers - Lucas Podolski, David Villa, Amr Zaki, Luis Antonio Valencia, Ashley Young, Fabregas (if he wants to leave), Tim Cahill, James Milner, there are just so many good young players out there......buy a couple

6. Cech looks past his best - buy a good backup like Joe Hart and use him regularly

7. Get a relatively young manager, who is a) well respected by the players and b) hungry for success by any means necessary

8. Improve our youth system, fire Arnesen, that guy is a numpty

9. Give more chances to the young ones we already have like Di Santo, Stoch, Sahar etc

10. Shift the focus to not conceding first and scoring later

11. Get a decent centre back to ease the workload of Terry and Carvalho, both of whom are  getting injured frequently

lets hope for the best, lets hope for changes and lets shout: Up the Blues

p.s. The Meister has decided not to shave his beard untill and unless Chelsea manage to win a game by a 3 goal margin
